I’m Dustin Cagle, a Realtor and co-owner of Living In Idaho, based in Nampa. Since 2012 I’ve guided buyers, sellers, and families across the Treasure Valley, and I care more about you making the right call than about making a quick sale.

The story

How I got here, and why I do this.

I’ve been licensed in Idaho real estate since 2012, and I co-founded and co-own the Living In Idaho team at LPT Realty with my business partner, Garrett Pancheri. What started as a couple of agents is now a team of more than twenty. But the standard hasn’t changed: treat people right, tell the truth, and do the homework.

My background is actually in psychology (I earned my bachelor’s from the University of Georgia), and it turns out that’s surprisingly good training for this job. Most of real estate is listening, reading a situation honestly, and helping people stay calm while they make one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

Over the years I’ve become known for pairing real local market knowledge with modern marketing, and for one specialty I’m a little obsessed with: helping buyers land the lowest monthly payment, not just the lowest price.

Outside of real estate, I’m a husband and a dad, and I stay active in my church and here in the Nampa community. The things I care about at home (trust, honesty, and showing up for people) are the same things I try to bring to every client.
